CO 34 is a fantastic, although often heavily congested, ride coming east out of Estes Park, CO to Loveland, CO. The route can be ridden on just about any motorcycle with any skill level of rider, and winds along the Big Thompson River through an impressive canyon section offering really spectacular views along the way. If run during the weekday at early morning hours the route will be mostly clear, any other time it probably will be congested with tourists and other commuter traffic.

Estes Park is a part of the Fort Collins, CO Metropolitan Statistical Area and the Front Range Urban Corridor. A popular summer resort and the location of the headquarters for Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park lies along the Big Thompson River. Landmarks include The Stanley Hotel and The Baldpate Inn. The town overlooks Lake Estes and Olympus Dam.
